About the free activity:
“Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. We all desire peace in the world, but this will not happen unless we first establish peace in our own minds.”
Guided meditation prayers that include teachings on how to cultivate a special attitude toward others. Practical tips for improving our relationships and solving everyday problems.
Meditation is a method for creating peace of mind. It is necessary to learn to value others, and in doing so, we will enjoy greater inner peace and help establish peace in the world. By contemplating these prayers, compiled by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso from traditional sources, we will learn to value others.
Everyone is welcome!
